The Second Model: includes four duplex villas on a 15 meters street.Each villa in this model is 280 square meters.

The ground floor consists of a living room, a kitchen, a guest room, two toilets, a car park, a terrace, and a driver’s suite.

The first floor consists of the master bedroom including a dressing room, a bathroom, and a balcony.  In addition, two other bedrooms with a separate bathroom for each.

The second floor consists of a living room with a bathroom, a maid’s suite, a laundry room, and a terrace.

A shaft is dedicated for an elevator in case the customer wants to install it later.
