The First Model: includes two duplex corner villas on two 15 meters streets.Each villa in this model is 294 square meters.

The ground floor consists of a living room, a kitchen, a guest room, two toilets, a car park, a dewaniya (reception), and a driver’s suite.

The first floor consists of a master bedroom including a dressing room, a bathroom, and a small balcony.  Inaddition, two other bedrooms with a separate bathroom for each.

The second floor consists of a living room with a bathroom, a maid’s suite, a laundry room, and a terrace.

A shaft is dedicated for an elevator in case the customer wants to install it later.
