Started in 2013, we worked on implementing many projects based on our experience and unique ideas. Later on, after the issuance of the new laws, regulations, and requirements regulating the real estate development sector, we decided to founda real estate development establishment; hence the start of (Al Diyar Al Hadithah Real Estate). Our previous projects include:
2013
developed residential buildings on an area of 1,600 square meters, consisting of 24 apartments in the Qassim region.
2016
developed a private chalet on an area of 687 square meters in the city of Riyadh.
2018
